100th Post!

This is my GIF animations generator gifup.com since starting Miss Wheezy!

It’s only been 6 months and I’m still really enjoying writing for the blog, and I hope that you’re still enjoying reading it 🙂

I initially just started it for fun and to document my day to day life, so I can look back and see my progress with fitness and reminisce over good memories and adventures.

It’s been really nice to look at what I’ve covered so far on the blog and see how much I’ve managed to pack into just 6 months!

If you’ve been reading my blog from the beginning then you’ll remember some of these posts, and if you’re new then here’s a recap of my journey so far:

April

Miss Wheezy Moves House
Mark and I moved house from The Cowshed in the country to our townhouse in Norwich.

Fitness Plan
I introduced my “star chart” to reward my fitness progress, which is still going strong!

Mercury and Jupiter
A tribute post to my two little balls of fluff, after Jupiter had to be put to sleep.

May

My New Camera
I finally stopped “borrowing” Mark’s camera for blog photos and bought my own, I love it!

Mizuno Wave Nexus 6- Yeah!
My running and fitness plan was going well so I went and got fitted for proper running shoes.

Nasty Nettles
I tackled our ridiculously overgrown garden and did some serious pruning! We now have a herb bed, some lavender and lots of bulbs planted which should come up in the Spring.

June

Stuffing Our Faces
My sister came to stay and we ate lots of yummy food!

Corporate Games
I participated in many sporting activities such as archery, kayaking, volleyball and athletics with our work team, in the Corporate Games at UEA Sportspark.

Wonky Legs
I had physio to determine the issues with my legs that had developed through running- namely overpronation, and shin splints from doing too much! Touch wood, things are sorted now.

July

I headed off to Australia to meet Mark and we had an amazing holiday!

August

Run Beki Run
After a 3 week holiday with some gentle exercise, I started the Couch to 5K program on our return using a great app on my phone.

Wet Windsurfing
I took a 3 week introductory windsurfing course with my friend Jo- we didn’t get much wind, but it was great fun!

BBQ Time
Our first BBQ of the summer, enjoying the glorious sunshine.

Jigging In The Rain
Mark and I went to Somerleyton Folk Festival for some music, food and fun including Seth Lakeman.

My First 5k
I signed up to the Race for Life Twilight 5k which takes place at the beginning of October- excited but nervous!

Table Tennis Legends
A fun sunny weekend at my parents catching up with siblings, and playing lots of table tennis (badly!).

September

Krazy Kayaking
Mark and I spent an afternoon “messing about in boats” and kayaked from Wroxham to Coltishall and back in the beautiful sunshine.

And there’s so much more food, fitness and fun to look forward to!

Thanks for reading, and please keep coming back 🙂

Beki x
