Ok, I admit I didn’t make it to Body Combat at 9:30 this morning, an extra half hour in my bed was too tempting!

However, after fueling up with some porridge (1/4 cup oats, 3/4 cup milk, 1 mashed banana cooked on the hob. Topped with 1tbsp chia seeds, raspberries and a drizzle of syrup)…

I did head down to the gym for Body Pump and Body Attack….

The new releases (Body Pump 83, Body Attack 78) are great fun with some good music to keep you motivated- I’ll post the tracklists once they’re available.

They’re similar enough to the earlier releases to be pretty easy to pick up, but have some new moves and enough options to be super hard work too- my muscles are going to ache tomorrow!
