Health Food Hampers with Discount Supplements {giveaway}

Thanks so much for the feedback left on my previous blog post about being subjected to negative comments whilst out running – I’m sorry to hear so many of you have been affected, but it’s good to know it hasn’t put a stop to you keeping active!
I’m heading down to Whitstable for a short holiday on the Kent coast today. It’s been a pretty hectic last few months since starting my new job, but I’m so excited to announce that I’m being promoted, so I’ve obviously settled in pretty well!

I am looking forward to walking by the sea and enjoying a relaxing break. I’m planning on taking my Kindle and spending a lot of time reading – catching up on books I’ve had on my list for ages.

I think that taking time off to refresh and revitalise your mind is as important as eating healthily and exercising regularly.

Coconut oil is something I have several jars of in my kitchen now, it has so many fantastic uses – from cooking the most amazing roasted vegetables to moisturising your skin! I’m a big fan of Yogi Tea too, and an intrigued by the claims of the Detox and Positive Energy teas. My favourite is the Choco flavour though…
I’m not sure about the “low carb” rice and noodles. They are made with soya bean and oatmeal flour, and have a pretty short list of ingredients which is appealing, but I will have to see what the taste is like! The idea behind eating less carbohydrates in our day-to-day diets is probably a good one, and if you love your pasta dishes but want a low carb alternative, they seem great. However, I would probably rather substitute courgetti instead of fake pasta – in part because I love my spiraliser!
And last but not least, every girl needs a tub of peanut butter to turn to when the going gets tough. Check out some of my favourite uses of nut butter here and a great 3-ingredient cookie recipe.

Which hamper would you choose? What health foods do you always have in your kitchen cupboards?
