Yesterday was the 1st of December! (deck the halls with boughs of holly, fa la la….)
As well as the amazing Zero Calorie Advent Calendar who are offering workouts, healthy recipes and fitness offers, there are a few other websites putting on a Christmas Countdown with competitions and giveaways.
