Yay to a 4 Day Week!

So after a super lazy weekend, which was very enjoyable, I had an epic gym session this evening, to kick my butt into gear for the rest of the week! 🙂

Average pace – 08:05min/km
Average speed – 7.41km/hr
Calories – 300kcal

I ran from the gym to home and back again, and then went into the gym for a Body Pump class. I was a bit early so I did 30mins on the cross trainer, as a bit of a cool down, then the class.
