What I Ate Wednesday Time!

What have you been eating this week? 

Tuesday

Breakfast 
I went to an early morning Crossfit session (7-8am) so had a banana and a cereal bar on the train before. When I got to work at 9am I had a “Moma!” pot, a new discovery with yoghurt, oats and fruit mixed together – it tasted great!

Lunch 
Lunch was part of a granary baguette with ham, cucumber and watercress.

Afternoon Snack
Mid afternoon I had a cup of tea and a nakd bar. I haven’t bought any of these for a while so was excited to discover one lurking at the back of the kitchen cupboard!

Dinner 
Pan fried salmon with steamed asparagus, and quinoa with peas.

Evening Snack
Mango and passionfruit Gu! I have a massive weakness for the Gu pots – the vanilla cheesecake is amazing! I haven’t bought any for ages though, and this one slipped in the basket whilst I was in Waitrose the other day – weak moment! But it tastes heavenly πŸ™‚

What are your indulgent treats? I love fresh passionfruits as well – amazing flavour πŸ™‚
