![[ROCKET] A speedy 5k through Milton Keynes this morning at the MK Rocket 5k, part of the @mkmarathon weekend.
I did this race back in 2019 with @little_legs_big_adventures and E, so it was fun to be back running it, with James and Arthur cheering this time! πππ½ββοΈ
It's a closed-road course, with a gradual decline from the start to the finish line at the MK Stadium - probably the only time I've managed a negative split in a race, and a perfect new PB of 34:18! That will be one to try and beat next year ππ
