It’s Friday, and the start of a brand new month – how is it October already?!
I’ve been at my new job in Fitness PR for 3months and can confirm I passed my probationary period, and will be staying and giving the new career a proper go. Crazy how your life can head off in such a different direction in a short space of time…

1. Try out a new activity – whether you’ve always wanted to take up rock climbing, go to a Zumba class or learn how to pole dance, this month why not research a local class/session and give it a go!
2. Treat yourself to some new kit – I bet you’ll feel a lot more like going out for a run if you have new leggings, or heading to the gym with a brand new sports bag to stash your gear.
3. Set yourself a new goal – maybe sign up for a spring half marathon, challenge yourself to be able to do a proper pushup by Christmas or practise your goal scoring to get a hat trick in the next netball match.
