London’s Top 10 Charity Shops – I tried to take a look at some of these the other weekend but I was pretty exhausted after my Cyclebeat class to do a lot of walking around London, plus they’re not all open on Sat, so it’s worth checking the opening times first!

After the awesome Fitness Freak Rave on Wednesday evening (post coming up!) Gymbox are holding rave fitness classes at their Bank location – I would definitely recommend! 🙂
