WIAW: What I Ate Wednesday 7

What I Ate Wednesday with Jenn from Peas and Crayons!

A reminder what it’s all about:

These are my eats from Monday, which was a Bank Holiday.
Yay to 4 day weekends!
Breakfast
Leftover hot cross buns and raspberries, with a big mug of tea.

I went for a run in the morning in my new running shoes! Down to the river and back through town, where I stopped off and bought a flat white from Harris+Hoole to drink as I walked the last mile back home 🙂

New shoes!

Lunch
I made a couscous salad for lunch with some leftover cod from the day before and peas and sweetcorn- it was really tasty, but I did perhaps make a bit too much! 🙂

I did a few chores in the afternoon and then lazed on the sofa with the second half of my Easter egg (I ate the first half watching the Boat Race on Sunday!)- yum!

This pic is actually from Sunday, so there was only half left by Monday…

Dinner
For dinner I made minced beef and chorizo burgers- recipe to follow– and had 2 with a side salad.

Then later on in the evening I had a glass of milk- it needed drinking as it was out of date, and I just fancied milk for a change!

Have a great Wednesday!

Beki x

I had raspberries for breakfast for my WIAW too – they are delicious! Your hot cross bun looks fab. Can't wait to see the recipe for those burgers either!

Aw no! My Mum gave me mine, otherwise I wouldn't have bought any 🙂 Apart from the odd Creme egg of course!
