1. This Saturday (tomorrow!) is the Energizer Night Run which I’m really looking forward to, even if it looks like rain! It should be a great atmosphere. If you see me come and say Hi!

2. Then I’m going for a couple of days away with my lovely boyfriend to the New Forest which should be fun 🙂
3. And pretty much straight after that I’m going to Spain on a training course with work- it will be field based mostly so looking at lots of rocks in the Pyrenees!
4. I’m staying in Barcelona for a couple of days after the training course just because I’ve never been before, and wanted to check out the city 🙂
5. And all the while trying to keep running and training for the She Runs Windsor 10k and Nike We Own the Night 10k at the beginning of May- eeek!

• Some great news about Park Run, and getting the future generation of runners involved. The couple of times I’ve done a Park Run I’ve been overtaken a lot by young kids! Junior Park Run is a brilliant idea to get more people interested in running.
• I’m looking at participating in the Weybridge Running Festival- it’s pretty much on my doorstep so there’s no excuse! Plus you get to run through Whiteley Village, a private estate containing 225 acres of mature woodlands and the UK’s largest collection of Arts & Crafts buildings, which is usually closed to the public.

• I’m definitely getting more into Yoga and this free Qi Yoga For Runners download seems perfect to stretch out my legs post-run, or on any day really.
• Four books about running which are on my wishlist- I finished Born To Run recently and The Lazy Runner, so am looking for another running related read!
• And a non-running related link, this book sounds intriguing! Imagine if you could taste people’s emotions, how strange… There’s a non-spoiler review here.
