Some articles I’ve come across while procrastinating at work (ssshhhh don’t tell!)…

1. How to fix your procrastination problem and stop “putting things off”- this is where my fitness plan calendar idea came from but I think gold stars are more fun than red crosses!
2. On a similar vein, how to recharge your motivation levels.
3. Some ideas on what to eat before/during/after a workout.
4. Scary info on what the person interviewing you is thinking but won’t tell you!
5. A handy website for tracking the weather– this is an old favourite of mine, very useful when trying to decide whether to take an umbrella with you!
6. And for the ladeeeez, how to figure out what size you should be in different shops as they will insist on all being different- so annoying!

Movie Madness this evening- Mark and I are off to see The Avengers!  (assuming he doesn’t get an email today saying he’s flying to Australia tomorrow- oh yes, it’s possible!) Will keep you posted. Have a fun Thursday 🙂
