Even though I can get nowhere near touching my toes, have the tightest hamstrings and quads, and can go weeks without unrolling my yoga mat, I do consider myself a yogi and it has played a big part in my fitness journey.
I love the flow of the movements, the strength I feel in Warrior, the peace of Savasana, and simply the act of stepping into a yoga class and taking some time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
