australia sights – yup, check some out here!

mizuno wave nexus 5 – I have the Mizuno wave nexus 6, they seem pretty good so far, although perhaps I’d go with a shoe with a little more support next time.

disney trivial – I love playing trivial pursuit, and happen to have the Disney and LOTR versions, as well as Doctor Who Scene-It!

hate mondays with a panda – hmmm…. I would have thought having a panda would make Mondays a lot more fun 🙂

miss wheezy – yup, that’s me!

prickly seed case – I found some of these on my walk around Felbrigg Hall a few weeks ago

halloumi and red pepper toastie – nom! Sounds great…I had one on my journey to Australia, and also love cooking with halloumi- BBQ kebabs, and couscous salad, or the falafel burger at Giraffe with halloumi- yum!

happy birthday to my brother sam – I have a brother called Sam too 🙂 Here’s his last birthday.

fitness plan – I love making plans to help me stick to my fitness goals. Here’s my original star chart, which is still going strong, and my current running routine.

australia catamaran trip – we took a great sailing trip around the Whitsundays with “On Ice”, you can read about it here.

body attack 78 – I love the Les Mills classes! I haven’t taken Body Attack for a while, but along with Body Combat, Body Pump and Spinning they’re some of my favourite exercise options.

gratulation (?) boost juice bars – I wish there were Boost juice bars in the UK! Although perhaps not, as I’d drink a lot of them. I made sure to make the most of it whilst in Australia and Singapore airport too.

miss squish – hahaha…
