MyYogaPro is live!

You may remember me blogging about Erin Motz’s 30 Day Yoga Challenge which I completed during Yo-vember last year…

Yovember

Well, she was part of a Kickstarter program to create an online yoga community, with heaps of fun classes that you can do from the comfort of your own living room.

I supported the Kickstarter program by purchasing a Lifetime Warrior Pass, which means I have access to all the yoga videos forever! Pretty awesome.

After raising way more than their initial target and months of hard work, MyYogaPro is now live!

You can opt to complete a course, which consists of a set of classes aiming towards a goal- and you earn a reward badge when you’ve marked them all as done!

Or you can browse and select an individual class, or pose. Each class comes with a description of it’s focus, what level it’s at and how long the class is.

In the Community area you can connect with friends, share your progress and meet new yogis! It all looks great and I’m so excited for the developers that their idea was met with such enthusiasm.
I completed my first class from the platform last night- a Flow to Increase Leg Flexibility, as part of the Flexibility Course. It was 20mins long, targeting the lower body, legs, hamstrings, hips, and IT bands- perfect for a runner, or someone who spends all day sitting at a desk!
If you like the sound of this awesome new Yoga site, then head over to Erin Motz’s website where you can find out more about how the idea was born and grab your Warrior Pass for lifetime access at a last chance special price- I highly recommend!

NB: I wasn’t asked to write about MyYogaPro- I’m just a big supporter of the idea 🙂
